High-Performance Solutions by TELWIN & FORSTER SYSTEMS

ADVANCED RESISTANCE WELDING & HANDLING SYSTEMS

Engineering precision since day one. From Spot and Seam welding to complex Projection and Butt welding systems, we provide the industrial backbone for automotive, mining, and manufacturing excellence.

Resistance Welding Systems

Comprehensive solutions for high-precision industrial joining

Spot Welders

Standard bonds (6mm-8mm dia) with a silver finish and characteristic black ring. Ideal for rapid, clean joining of mild and stainless steel sheets.

Projection Welders

Designed for flat type electrodes where small dimples are pre-placed into the steel. Essential for welding nuts and bolts to workpieces.

Butt & Flash Welders

Used for bars, tubes, and square sections. Butt welding uses direct pressure, while Flash Butt creates an arc-like fusion with sparks.

Seam Welders

Creates continuous gas-tight welds for fuel tanks and vessels. Works on plates 0.6mm – 2mm thick with a roller-stitch appearance.

The Four Elements

Critical variables that define a perfect resistance weld

01

Electricity

The heat source that melts steel through resistance.

02

Pressure

Holding parts together via springs, air, or hydraulics.

03

Water

Cooling system to protect tips and the transformer.

04

Time

Controlling the duration to ensure weld strength.

Industrial Applications

Engineering precision for global manufacturing sectors.

Automotive

High-strength spot welding for body panels and fuel tanks.

Mining Industry

Heavy-duty projection welding for pressure plates.

Manufacturing

Perfect for window frames, wire mesh, and bar sections.

Water Cooling

Inlet pressure: 3 bar. Temp: 20°C – 25°C. Critical for transformer longevity.

Air Filtration

Constant 6 bar pressure. Always use FRL units for consistent stroke performance.

Pro-Tip: Never undersize supply cables! Always ensure machinery is earthed and installed by a qualified electrician.
